In 2020, during the pandemic, Ping Identity wanted to reassure its customers, underscore the importance of identity—especially when we were all apart—and convey the humanity that we all so desperately needed at that time.

We tapped into simplicity—authentic images, human sound design, and an emotional script—to tell the story and position Ping as a leader during a vulnerable time.
